Giulia, originally from Italy, discovered her passion for international education during her Erasmus study abroad experience in Spain. Inspired by the power of cross-cultural exchange, she went on to backpack across South America and Southeast Asia before settling in Barcelona to pursue graduate studies in Migration and Intercultural Communication. She now calls Barcelona home and is dedicated to helping students experience the same transformative impact that study abroad had on her.

Responsible for:
Giulia leads and develops student activities and excursions, ensuring engaging and meaningful cultural experiences. She supports communication through digital platforms and website content, while also contributing to quality assurance efforts by analyzing program data and driving continuous improvement across academics, housing, activities, and student support services.

What’s one piece of advice you give every study abroad student?

Be curious and challenge yourself. It takes more effort and can be harder, but it’s worth it because it’s part of a learning journey that will shape who you are and who you will become after this beautiful and transformative life experience you’re living abroad.
