Support for our students varies from getting them to their housing accommodation and introducing them to all aspects of the program to providing them with identity-based resources and sustainability tips for a socially and environmentally responsible experience abroad.

Arriving in a new country can be daunting - we're here to make this experience as seamless as possible for your students. From a friendly face to welcome them at the airport, to a guiding hand through their new surroundings, we are here to make students feel at home as soon as possible. Our services include airport pick-up, neighborhood walking tours, welcome meals, orientation and presentation discussions, and much more.

We share critical information through orientation sessions, regular meetings, and news bulletins promoting student wellness. We offer individual support and guide your students to medical resources when health problems do arise.

From the first day students are provided with an emergency number they can use 24/7. Behind this number they will always find a member of the Academic Solutions local team with a deep knowledge of the location and the local culture. We are dedicated to helping and will accompany your student through any difficulty they may experience.
