Jaime Rodríguez
Spain Senior Program Coordinator
Jaime, a Barcelona native, has been coordinating study abroad programs since 2007 and takes pride in helping students make the most of the city he loves. With degrees in Philosophy and Musicology, he brings a thoughtful, culturally rich perspective to student support. Outside of work, Jaime is an avid musician and traveler, with a long-standing passion for Indian culture and classical music, which he shares through teaching and writing.
Responsible for:
Jaime oversees academic and housing operations, ensuring students are registered smoothly and supported throughout their program. He manages course selection and add/drop processes and serves as a key liaison between U.S. sending universities and Spanish host institutions. He also coordinates student arrivals and housing placements, manages required documentation, resolves housing concerns, and maintains strong relationships with university and housing partners.
