Rachel Mantiñán

Global Inclusion & Equity officer

A native of Detroit, Rachel was born to Spanish parents and grew up in a racially, ethnically, culturally and linguistically diverse landscape. Diversity is second nature to her and is the foundation for her cultural inquisitiveness and deep passion for social justice and equity. Rachel merges her passions together professionally by dedicating her efforts to the advancement of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion from an Antiracist Perspective in International Education.

Rachel plays a central role in fostering a holistically diverse and inclusive climate throughout the organization. She is committed to ensuring inclusive excellence across all programming, embedding diversity and equity principles into initiatives, events, and strategic efforts.
